  Guyson James Beaton, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 peacefully at home. He was 79. Beloved husband of the late Anna (Rudy) Beaton; loving son of the late Guy and Kathryn (Kresge) Beaton; devoted parent to Guy (Amy) Beaton II, Bonnie (late Glenn) Zientara, Pat (Barb) Beaton and Kristen (Ryan) Hazel; dear brother of Nancy (Gene) Ashley; also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He graduated from Lasalle High School in 1964 and later earned his degree in Liberal Arts at Niagara University. Guy proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He spent 19 years as a dedicated fireman for Niagara Univeristy, worked for Alox, and finished his career at Northgate Healthcare Facility.  He was a chief engineer, an avid sportman and enjoyed spending his time at the family camp. He was a lifetime member of the Wilson Conservation Club & VFW.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
