  Utica NY Daily Press - 8/30/1980 NEWPORT - George K. Wohler. 91. formerly of Newport, where he had lived for about 35 years, died August 28.1980 at Washington Adventist Hospital. Washington. D C Mr Wohler was born June 2. 1889. the son of the late Peter and Mariah Field Wohler. He was married to the former Nellie M Grower, who died in 1975. He was a member of Newport United Methodist Church. For many years, he was employed in the construction business. Survivors include 4 grandaughters. and 4 step-grandchildren Three sons. Kenneth. Edward, and Gerald. all died previously The funeral will be from the Autenrith Funeral Home. Newport on Monday at 11:00 am Interment will be in Newport Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9
