  Buffalo Evening News Jan 13, 1921 AKRON, Jan. 12. - The funeral of Mrs. Sophia Kraatz, many years a resident of this place, was held yesterday at the Methodist-Episcopal church, Rev. C. C. Shedd. pastor of the church, officiating. Mrs. Kraatz was 67 years old. Her funeral was held on her birthday. She is survived by her husband. Joseph Kraatz; two daughters, Mrs. Scott Cummings and Mrs. Charles Tetdt. and one son, Edward Kraatz, of this place. Interment was in Evergreen lawn.
