June 17, 1948 ~ May 12, 2025 76 Years Old
Of Youngstown, NY, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 17, 1948, a daughter of the late Richard and Mildred [Davis] Brydges.
Mrs. Doyle was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She worked as a sales manager with Saint-Gobain Technical Fabrics on Grand Island for many decades and through many challenges, where her sharp wit and unmatched sense of humor made her as memorable as she was respected.
Jeannine had a dry, clever sense of humor that could light up a room or deliver the perfect one-liner at just the right moment. She loved a good story, a well-timed laugh, and the soaring voice of Freddie Mercury. A devoted Queen fan, she carried that love through every chapter of life with a soundtrack full of bold harmonies and unforgettable lyrics. Her beloved cat, Mercury, was named accordingly.
At the center of her life was her deep love for her husband, Maurice "Chris" Doyle, with whom she shared decades of laughter, companionship, and steady devotion until his passing in 2018. Jeannine was a loyal and supportive presence in the lives of her children and grandchildren, offering care, warmth, and connection in all the ways that mattered.
She is survived by her stepson Peter (Marissa) Doyle, and three grandchildren: Aiden, Mackenzie, and Eliana. She is also survived by her sister Susan (late Fred) Ford; her niece and nephew, Jessica Ford Steiner and Joshua (Kirsten) Ford; her great-niece and great-nephews, Elliott and Rowan Steiner and Benjamin Ford; her sister-in-law Pat (William) Irving.
Mrs. Doyle was predeceased by her stepdaughter, Katherine Doyle.
A Celebration of life will be held later this year to ensure all family and friends will be able to join.
