  Kelly was born and raised in the Lockport/Barker area and graduated from Barker High School. Kelly worked for Harrison Radiator and Care Givers before moving to Nicholasville, KY. Kelly loved rescuing and raising her birds, cooking and baking. Kelly is survived by her husband, Randy S. Vincent; son, Jonah (Meagan) Merritt; her daughter, Melissa (Ben) Shubring ; her granddaughter, Kaitlin Kelly Merritt; her mother, Shirley Sturgeon; two brothers; three sisters; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Kelly's honor to the Cancer Society for Research of Myloma.
