  Retired Farmer Dies at Koepsel Road Home Middleport Jan 31 - John C. Lindke died suddenly Saturday at his home, Koepsel Rd. Akron. He is survived by his wife Ella Jagow Lindke; three sons, Edward J., Clarence Center, Elmer F., Reseda Calif., and Burt W., Akron; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Rose Brunning,Wolcottsville, and one brother, Martin Lindke, Royalton Center. Friends may call at the home where a prayer service for the family will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:45. Funeral services will be held in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville at 2:30 p.m. the Rev. Herman Ewald officiating. Burial in the Wolcottsville cemetery. Mr. Lindke was the son of William and Mary Wendt Lindke and a retired farmer. He lived here 54 years.
