Mrs. Cora Hubman, 50 years
old. wife of the late William C.
Hubman, was found drowned In
the bath tub at her home, 141
Clinton street, Saturday after
noon. All indications point to acci-
dental death.
Mrs. Hubman was found by her
brother. Glen Rech, 98 Elm wood
Park, who called at the Hubman
home with Judge Charles J.
Knoell at one o'clock in the after-
noon to transact legal matters.
Mrs. Hubman had been subject
to dizzy spells and heart attacks.
It is believed she was overcome
by one of these attacks. She was
alone in the home and had pre-
pared the noon meal.
Mrs. Hubman was a life-long
resident of the Tonawandas. She
Is survived by two brothers, Ray,
North Tonawanda, and Glen, and
a sister, Mrs. Thomas Bellows,
Chagrin Falls, O.
The funeral will be held tomor-
tow afternoon at 2 o'clock from
the residence. Rev. H. A. Berlis
of the First Presbyterian church
will conduct the services and in-
ternment will be in the family
plot at Elmlawn.
