TONAWANDA - Stuart F.
Ludwig. 49, of 12 Alliger Drive,
World War II Army veteran
died'unexpectedly Friday (Dec.
4. 1970) at DeGraff Memorial
Hospital.
A lifelong resident of this city,
he was an electrician and
worked with contractors in
various areas, i n c l u d i ng
Niagara Falls. For the last five
years he was employed by
Remington Rand Office Systems
in North Tonawanda.
He was a member and former
elder of Emmanuel Lutheran
Church, american Legion
Tonawanda Post No. 264,
Niagara Hose Co., and
Tonawanda Exempt Firemens
Association.
He is survived by his widow,
the former Rhoda J. Som-
merfeldt; two sons, David S.
of North Tonawanda and
Elayne W. of this city; two
sister, Mrs. Wilfred (Alberta)
Wendt and Mrs. John Treichler
Jr., and a brother, John Lud-
wig, all of North Tonawanda,
and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Roth
Funeral Home with the Rev.
Paul Szamanske officiating.
Burial will be in Elmlawn
Cemetery.
Friends may call today from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and
Sunday until 1 p.m.
