Stricken with apoplexy In her
home at 7:30 o'clock last night, Mrs.
Gertrude Ebert Walter, wife of John
Walter, 1215 Ethel avenue, died about
four hours later. She would have
been 38 years old today.
A native of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Wal-
ter had lived in Niagara Falls since
1917. Sho was a charter member of
tho Calvary Lutheran church and
had a large number of friends to
whom news of her unexpected death
came as a severe shock. Besides her
husband, who Is survived by four
daughters, Winifred. Alice, Louise
and Sarah; her father, J. P. Ebert,
of Williamsport, Pa., and four sisters
and five brothers, Mrs. Lydia Bahner,
Mrs. Minnie Solt, Mra. Bertha Solt,
Mrs. Alice Emil, and Charles. Edward,
Irwin. Clarence and Roy Ebert,
all of Pennsylvania,
Tho funeral will be held from the
family home at 2 p. m. Saturday,
with services at. Calvary Lutheran
church at 2:30 p. m.
