LOCKPORT Rev. Carl W Oldach of-
ficiated at the double-ring ceremony Saturday
(July 1, 1961) at St. Peter's Lutheran
Church uniting in marriage Miss Brenda
Witkop, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Erwin Witkop, Wilson, and James Floyd
Fouts, the son of Mr, and Mrs. James
Floyd Fouts, Cortland.
Sherwood Lorenz was organist with
Mrs. Susan Schearer as soloist.

GIVEN in marriage by her father, the
bride wore a floor-length gown of French
rosepoint lace with front and back panels
of silk organza with appliqued lace flowers.
Her fingertip French silk illusion veil
was held by a crown of French pailettes
and pearls. She carried a cascading bouquet
of white shasta daisies and lilies
of the valley.

MISS JUDY WITKOP. Wilson, was her
sister's maid of honor. She wore orchid'
silk organza over a taffeta sheath. A bouquet
of white shasta daisies and lavender
pompons completed her ensemble.
The bridesmaids. Miss Karen Kuntz,
Ramey, Pa.; Miss Beverly Fouts, Courtland,
and Mrs. Daniel Smith, Cortland,
. were dressed in outfits similar to the one
worn by the honor attendant.
Wayne Fouts was his cousin's best man.
Ushers were Michael Witkop, William Witkop
and Russell DeMond.

A RECEPTION was held at Fieldstone
Manor, Lockport.
The mother of the bride favored a
light blue silk dress with white accessories.
The bridegroom's mother chose a flowered
print dress with white accessories.
Mr. and Mrs. Fouts are taking a wedding
trip through northern Canada
