- Marion A. (Eustice) Thiboult, lifetime area resident, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2016 after a lengthy illness. She was 94. She was born in Lewiston on February 6, 1922, a daughter of the late Thomas and Bertha (Rieckhoff) Eustice. She attended Lewiston schools and graduated from the Red Brick School.
Mrs. Thiboult was a homemaker until the passing of her husband Arthur P. Thiboult in 1965 at which point she began her career as a legal secretary with the Niagara County Legal Aid Society.
Mrs. Thiboult was a longtime member and Eucharistic Minister at Prince of Peace Church, was a member of the American Legion and the Moose Lodge and she loved bowling, arts and crafts and attending movies.
She is survived by 6 children: Peggy (late John) Hazlett, Judy (James) Cornelius, Arthur (Denise) Thiboult, Gary Thiboult, William Thiboult and Donna (fiancé Clayton Dimmick) Benedict. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Carol (late Richard) Pendleton and a grandson Roger Carlisle.
Friends may call at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. where funeral services will be held at 9 P.M. following the visitation. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Lewiston.
