A very lovely wedding took place
Saturday afternoon, April 8, at 3
o'clock when Miss Lillian Behm,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert
E. Behm, 1540 Whitney avenue, be-
came the bride of Thomas H. Del-
aney, son of Edward Delaney, 1744
Elmwood avenue. The Rev. Auther
H. Schmoyer of the Zion Evangelist
Lutheran church officiated at the
ceremony.
The bride was attractively attired
in light blue silk lace, with navy
blue slippers and a teearaa of pink
rose buds. She wore a corsage of
pink roses and lily-of-the-vally.
Mrs. Albert Behm, Jr., sister-in-
law of the bride, was matron of
honor She wore a light rose dress
with navy blue accessories and a
corsage of pink roses.
Albert Behm, Jr., thebride's bro-
ther, attended the groom.
Immediately after the ceremony
the bridal partly returned to the
home of the bride's parents. A re-
ception followed and dinner was
served, covers being laid for 25 . The
table was centered with a three
tiered-wedding cake with a miniature
bride and groom.
Mr. and Mrs. Delaney will make
their home at 1809 Pierce avenue.
The out-of-town guests at the
wedding were Mr. and Mrs, August
Beam, grandparents of the bride;
Mr. and Mrs. Leland Beam and
daughter. Carol; Mr. and Mrs. Edward
Rivers, the Misses Alice Moll
and Bernice Wehruny, Kenneth D. Coughlin.
Robert Moeller and Henry
Schulz. all of North Tonawanda.
