WILSON, April 20-Mr. and Mrs.
Rudolph Bendt of the Shadigee
road. Wilson, were pleasantly surprised
on Tuesday evening when
their children and grandchildren
gathered at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Arthur Hausman to celebrate
their golden wedding anniversary.
The dining room was decorated in
gold and white, with a large white
bell suspended over the center of
the table. At seven o'clock an elaborate
dinner was served. The table
was centered with a bouquet of yel
low and white flowers, with a three
tiered wedding cake decorated In
gold at each end. The evening was
spent In playing cards and bingo.
Mrs. Bendt befose her marriage
fifty years a g o was Amelia Schultz
of St. Johnsburg. Mr. and Mrs.
Bendt have resided on t h e S h a d l g ee
road the e n t i r e fifty years of their
marriage.
Beside the honored couple the
guests were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bendt
of appleton, Mr. and Mrs. Herman
Bobzien and daughter Brenda of Ol-
cott. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bendt
Mr. and Mrs. William Schnoor, Miss
Leona Schnoor, Mr. and Mrs. Arth-
ur Schnoor, Mr. and Mrs. Edward
Budde, Lois, Erwin, Gordon and
Laurence Budde. Mr. and Mrs. Wil-
liam Bendt and son Harold. Mr. and
Mrs. Howard Bendt and son, Dur-
wood. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Haus-
man, Evelyn, Loraine and Nancy
Hausman, LaValle Albright, Max
Nye, John and Lewis Hausman, all of
Wilson.
